Front office made many billing and insurance mistakes and then made me pay for the mistakes that they made. On top of that, they did not numb my daughter’s mouth enough and she felt all the pain of the oral surgery.

Front office was remiss in sending in paperwork to VA for my husband to complete his dental work. After some perseverance on the part of the VA the problem seems to have been resolved.

Dr Cole is a fantastic however it’s unfortunate his receptionist Jessica is rude and nasty. I’m so shocked how she speaks to patients over the phone. Jessica was so fixated on getting her point across she even told me «hold on I’m not finished talking» She even gave me round 2 of cancelling my last appointment prior to 48 hrs. Jessica is the one who scheduled me for the wrong date and instead of being apologetic or offering decent customer service she told me she was going to charge me next tIme. It wasn’t even my error. I would rather look for a oral surgeon where I live Laguna Nigual instead of dealing with someone who gives rude service.

Very happy with the treatment from this surgeon and I FEEL VERY BAD I missed appointment… Drs that do this kind of work are a wonderful contribution to the community and whatever they charge is well worth the money to keep or restore you teeth… THANKS Dr. Clark and am sorry I missed my appointment… Just wish I could have gotten a call the day before but if this procedure is hard for your office I understand… Its sill my responsibility… MARTY
