Staff ignored us for ten minutes to pay for our ice cream. We stand by the register to see if anybody would ask us if we were okay or to see if we payed. I understand that time they were a little busy. But they need to constitute on who will be on register. Not even the young lady who helped us out in the first place didn’t even charge us for the ice cream. We had to let them know to charge us for our ice cream. They need to be careful. Because thy can be giving out free ice cream.

I’ve been coming to this Coldstones for years. From grabbing a Mud Pie Mojo after a movie to ordering cake; they never disappoint. It’s easy enough, you walk in and smell the fresh made waffle cones, choose your ice cream or signature ice cream, choose your size and bam. Easy peezy! As for ordering cake, you can do it online. If only all bakeries & ice cream shops can take on this concept. You choose your cake. I think the options are vanilla, Devil’s Cake, or Red Velvet. Then your ice cream with up to three mix ins. And last your frosting type. So simple, it just makes indulging that much easier. The service is so-so. What do you expect though from a franchise though? Meh.

This place is located right next to the movie theater, making it a perfect stop if you’re waiting for your movie to start. I like to order the banana-flavored ice cream and add strawberries, whipped cream and chopped peanuts. The result is an excellent snack bursting with flavor. There are few tables inside, so on a crowded day visitors may have to utilize the outdoor seating, but this is no big deal when the weather is nice, which describes most days. I enjoy visiting this location and will continue to do so.

I come here often and the location is clean. Usually I don’t have any issues but one girl asked me what i wanted and then made something different and then look irritated that I let her know it was the wrong one. She made my correct one but with an attitude. This was after I waited 45 minutes in line because they only had 2 people working on a Sunday evening. If they could get their staffing right, I would have given them 5 stars.

So lucky to have a cold stone creamery in Oxnard. It’s in downtown Oxnard in a nice shopping center next to a theater and starbucks. The area is very nice. I sat outside by a fountain eating my ice cream. Very nice location. Great ice cream.

Came on a crowded Saturday afternoon. Line was hitting the doors, and by the time I got up to order it took forever for someone to even acknowledge me. As I was speaking telling my order the dude kept staring at other customers and not paying attention. I ordered a shake where it says it includes 1 mix in — when I asked what that meant for a shake they kinda gawked as if i had asked the most bizarre thing ever. way better locations in my opinion.

Pretty good, the staff was really nice and quick to knock out a long line on a Friday night. The lobby was kept really clean as well. I got the apple pie ice cream, it was really good!

Needa get on that BOGO coupons for this place. It’s a lifesaver during the summer and amazing considering how expensive it can get once you’re addicted. Two words, COFFEELOVER.

You probably don’t need an evaluation of Coldstone, but this one is as good as any of them, and that is a good thing. It’s location in downtown is both convenient and inconvenient. The parking can be a pain, but if you are downtown already, it is perfect. The store is on a nice little open space with lots of activity around. The evening we were there, the place was buzzing, in a good way. I thoroughly enjoyed eating my dish of ice cream in front.

I usually don’t like ice cream that much. When making the decision on what you want mixed in, you couldn’t ask for more. It’s location is great, in a little court yard, or if you want to walk around the downtown park. It’s good for kids, will think about a birthday cake for this year through them.

I love Coldstone Creamery ice cream! Freshly mixed ice cream mmm! It’s located conveniently in downtown Oxnard next to Plaza Cinemas and China Square restaurant. The employees are really helpful and friendly. I usually get Mint Mint Chocolate Chip or Birthday Cake Remix and their ice cream makes me thirsty at times but it’s worth it :) Try to sign up for their emails on their website so you can get a Buy One, Get One Free coupon on your birthday: D

I’m not a huge ice cream person, but this place is really good… you can customize your ice cream only down fall… for a family of four… you’re looking at spending ATLEAST $ 15.00. For ice cream… it seems expensive to me.

Cold Stone… Marble Slab… Cold Stone… Marble Slab. Life can be so hard sometimes… choosing between ice cream businesses. Location makes this Cold Stone an easy choice most of the time… it is much closer to my house than Marble Slab. I know the people who work here might hate me for saying this but to me Cold Stone and Marble Slab are basically the same business. It’s hard for me to ever tell the difference. This Cold Stone is located in the downtown area of Oxnard which is the lone reason it gets 4 stars(the price does not help either). It isn’t the most horrible area but you do worry about your car a bit. They have a very convenient parking garage for this shopping area right behind the store so you never need to worry about where to park. If you go here anytime in the near future you HAVE to try the caramel apple flavor ice cream. I mix it in with bananas… it is absolutely amazing. Just like marble slab it is a bit pricey… for two people it was a little over 10 bucks, so we do not go here a whole lot… but it is sure good when we do. :0)

I am not a huge ice cream fan but I’ve been to the Cold Stone many times since my fiancé is such a big ice cream lover that he drags me over there when the need hits him for specialty ice cream. This place has a lot of very strange/unique flavors you won’t many place(like cotton candy that actually tasted exactly like cotton candy), they have all of those awesome mix-in ingredients and they are generally pretty fast at mixing and getting people out the door. I find the place a bit overpriced for an ice cream cone but I guess it’s more about the novelty of crazy combinations and getting exactly what you want in the ice cream. I highly recommend this place to ice cream lovers and people who want to try something new.

A bit pricey, though, the flavor is worth it. I just do not like the area it is in, too many teenage kids with dirty mouths in the area. Especially, on weekends.

A cool/sunny/breezy/winter day demands one thing: ICECREAM. I asked the friendly clerk/gal behind the counter one question: «Is this good for people on a diet?» She responded promptly: «Yes it is.» With such a big, encouraging smile on her face, I felt that it was time to give this place a go(at my waistline). At the urging of Miki L., my neighbor, I ordered a gallon… uhhh…a cup of a banana ice cream, real banana, caramel sauce, almond concoction that was… DELICIOUS! And since it fits into MYDIET, I guess there’s nothing more to say.
