If I could rate with no stars that pretty much sums it up. Horrible staff, they just woke to get you out as fast as they can. They don’t care about you at all. I had a cyst removed and if done correctly it wouldn’t have come back. Guess what? Its back. I’ve has a cyst like this before but in a different spot. Got it removed by a different doctor and it hasn’t been back since. I went through 2 weeks of pain with only 5 pills for the pain prescribed. I swear if you can find another specialist.

Not the best place to take your children to. I don’t visit this clinic any more for the following reasons: 1. doctor isn’t always available & when she is, she is always in a rush & in a bad mood. She doesn’t give the best advice, even though the problem is obviously shown. & she forces patients to get vaccines that are optional, like the flu shot. I showed one of the nurses my son’s immunization records & she said that flu shots are given once a year, so my son didnt’ have to get the vaccine for another 6 months. A couple of mins later, Dr. Armijo came in and was very mad because I decided not to let my son get the vaccine that day. It’s optional, so she shouldn’t have forced it on us if we didn’t need it. 2. The wait is sooo long. Normal wait(morning or afternoon) is at least 45mins. There is a tv, but only half of the chairs face the tv, while the other half faces the wall. 3. Receptionists are mostly rude and unprofessional. I always make sure if I need to pay the co-pay. There were multiple times when I would go back for the next appointment and would have to pay double the co-pay because they messed up the last appt. And in other clinics, usuallly they welcome you with a smile and a «good morning,» but these ladies/gentlemen don’t even do that. 4. I have had to remind both doctor and some nurses to wash their hands and use gloves. I have not seen any use gloves, unless they were giving my child a vaccine. The sink and sanitizer are right there in the room, but I don’t know why it was so hard for them to not wash their hands. That’s how diseases spread, people. 5. Also, when you are called in to the room, you have to wait another 30−50mins to see the doctor or nurse. And in the mornings, it usually isn’t busy. The only reason why I added a 2nd star is because there are 2 nurses who respect and show that they care about my child’s well being. And also because all the rooms have great murals. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a great place with a great pediatrician to give you the correct advice and treat you with respect, find another one that exceeds your priorities.
