They went and we’re going to «tune up» my 86 year old mother’s furnace/​heater and the worker wrote on his work order wrote «started with no problem»! It is a week after she called them saying it wouldn’t work. Well, one week later her her heater is still not working. They suck!

Anacapa is a wonderful company. They know what they’re doing, their prices are reasonable, and they stand behind their work. I have had multiple occasions to work with them, including when there were problems, and matters were always set straight in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs (and no, I“m not their mother).
