I am a professional organizer in Santa Barbara and have used the services of Aim High for more than 10 years. In addition to my clients I have used the services of Aim High for termite damages at the church I attend. My clients have been completely satisfied with the work done. James and is staff are professional, thorough and reliable. All work was done in a timely manner and at a cost that was less then the other exterminators in Santa Barbara. I wouldn’t and don’t hesitate to recommend James and Aim High.

If I could sue this company I would, but I’m sure I signed away my rights at some point. We needed last minute work to close on our VA loan and since they did the termite inspection we had them come back to seal some stucco cracks. When they ran out of clear call, which wasn’t the proper product to begin with, they switched to WHITE CALK. That’s right folks, so my two story has stripes all over it ! Ironically the nearest hardware store is only 5 minutes away. Stay far away from these people, such lapses in judgment can only be indicative of gross incompetence. ZERO STARS!

James went above and beyond. I called Aim High for a second opinion, and I now feel confident I have all the facts and can make an informed decision. He was timely, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable — I can’t even try to compare him to the other company because of how thorough he was. As your typical consumer who is not well-​versed in termites, I appreciate the time James spent explaining processes to me. I feel very much more at ease about the whole situation. I will NOT use anyone except Aim High for all of our future needs. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. All businesses should be run like this one.

Anna was extremely helpful at getting me a VA termite inspection and report within one day of my request. She also was able to get the needed work done within 24 hours so I could close my loan. Sometimes it is refreshing to see someone who is responsive and takes care of their customers!
