Instead of cooking for Thanksgiving, my aunt suggested having dinner here. The food was fabulously delicious. I especially loved the pumpkin cheescake. If you’re into old historical buildings, the exposed tin ceilings are just part of the great charm and relaxed atmospere here. I definitely will recommend this hidden gem to anyone going to Oxford. Matter of fact, I’m headed through town towards my aunt and uncles house and will be stopping to buy a gift card for them as their Christmas gift!

Best place in Oakland county to eat. Always friendly, never had a bad meal. Vickie puts on the best tea parties, my friends and I look forward to them! If you have never been, your missing out on a wonderful experience.

I truly like this little restaurant. It’s small and intimate and the staff, friendly and efficient. Victoria’s has a very interesting menu which includes the Maurice Salad reminiscent of the J. L. Hudson’s salad by the same name. My cousin ordered the Herb Encrusted Whitefish and has never stopped talking about it. Note: If you decide on the crepes, be sure to mention to go «light» on the salt.(On one occasion that was an issue but that could have been an anomaly.) Faux painted distressed walls, a nice street view from the big front window and white tablecloths add to the atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet with friends for a special meal. Nice wine selection as well. When you leave, visit the store next to Victoria’s, Pink and Charlies. It’s full of special things and great gifts for ladies and babies.

The salads and quiches are exquisite, and so is basically everything else! I’ve been going to Victoria’s since I was a little kid and I’ve always loved their food. It’s one of the best lunch spots in the area, and their food is always fresh. Don’t even get me started on their desserts… Pound cakes, cheesecakes, etc. all freshly made and always amazing.

Dinner last night was a pleasant surprise. My mom & her husband have been here several times. It was my husband’s and my first visit. Our waitress Heidi was attentive with taking our order, bringing me a beer list(more diversity would have sweetened the review — too many IPAs) and quick to bring butter, and later, more warm bread. The crab cakes my mother ordered and the house –specialty whitefish her husband had looked delicious, and they assured me they were. My husband had the steak & mushroom crêpe, and I ordered the crêpe trio. I really enjoyed each of them, but being a «meat & potatoes» kind of gal, the steak & mushroom was my favorite. My husband and I agreed, we will be back again. If we lived closer, we would be back often!

Awesome food in a unique environment. Truly one of the best dining options in North Oakland County! Perfect for«date night» and celebratory meals. This place has a very creative menu, and we have never been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered.

DELISH! After moving to the area, one of my new girlfriends recommended meeting up here for a Saturday power hour… what is power hour you ask? The best hour of the day on Saturday! From 10 – 11, they have $ 3 mini mimosas and bloody Mary’s to wash down the best eggs benedict on the planet(the only way they could make it better is if they added a crab cake… but that is personal preference!)! The eggs benedict was only $ 5. We sampled both the prosciutto and the spinach… I would take the prosciutto any day of the week! The waitress was very pleasant and attentive but not overly so. She told us about all of the specials and upcoming events. That is how we can for our second visit! Tuesday is $ 10 crêpe nights with 1.2 carafe for $ 10! hubby ordered the chicken/asparagus and the beef/mushroom while I ordered the seafood and the steak/mushroom. The fresh, warm bread that starts out your meal is crusty on the outside, melt on your tongue on the inside. The salad was out of this world! Hubby had a soup which he did not want to share! The crepes were very delicate and delicious… We started our meal with the white wine(not moscato) and followed it up with the Cab(which wasn’t very good!). But if you stick to the white, you will not be disappointed!

Decent food, small portions. Kinda on the pricy side but what I really didn’t like was some of the waitresses attitudes. Very teenager.

I visited Victorias from out of town on two separate trips to see family in the past six months. Its a downtown Oxford high character, high quality establishment. Small and quaint, with a friendly staff, cozy ambiance, and a nice wine selection. The restaurant has a fantastic plank whitefish as its signature dish that will not disappoint anyone that likes seafood. I cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I have not been here in years and we totally regret that… The food was phenomenal. We sat at the bar since the place was packed — it’s very small so make reservations or be prepared to wait. It was OK as we were taken care of by James — great guy that really knows his stuff. The menu changes often based on what’s available. There are staple items but it’s always fun to try the specials. Ahi taco and wild mushroom/steak crêpe(both were sooooo good) appetizer later and we were ready for dinner. :) I had the pan seared skate(like a sting ray) and my wife had the NY Strip. Both were fabulous — prepared perfectly. Desserts — all made from scratch. We had key lime pie and chocolate/peanut butter tart — again fabulous. If I could, I would give Victoria’s a 6. Definitely recommend. Like I said, though, make a reservation if on the weekend as its a very small place.

This café offered a great location in a cute part of town. Cozy interior and cute decoration. The service was outstanding and food was delicious. My family and I went(large party of 19) for brunch and everything was perfect! The quiche is perfection! Also everyone who ordered the French toast didn’t leave any left over. It was sweet and delicious. The red skins(aka potatoes) also quite tasty. On Wednesday 10am — 11am was«power hour» with mimosas and Bloody Mary drinks priced special at $ 3. I would highly recommend this place. The dinner menu looked amazing as well.

We ‘found’ this place while visiting Oxford, and so glad we did. They are very friendly and cozy — the food is ‘real’ and delicious. There is limited seating and they could use some noise dampers because when it’s full of people it’s very loud and hard to have a conversation unless you want to talk louder than everyone else. I’m ‘out of the wine loop’ so still want White Zin, — but they offered a bubbling pink Muscato that is delicious. ANDNOBLARINGTV — A plus for us!

My husband and I tried Victorias for the first time a few weeks ago. It’s defiantly small and fills up quickly. The waitress was helpful on the wine selection, but that was about it. My husband ordered the«large scallops» with minimal rice and extra vegetables because he’s diabetic. The scallops were anything but large and was served on a large bed of rice with minimal veggies. I had the tuna which was tasty and as described. Both plates were specials so no soup/salad were offered — just bread. Another issue if you’re diabetic. Large price, small food portions and my husband leaving hungry, I doubt we will return.

I love to take a day off during the week and come here with my wife. The menu constantly changes while retaining some standard dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant bistro style with the brunch crowd composed mainly of women. I particularly like the sampler with a savory crêpe(beef or chicken, both are wonderful… my wife likes the seafood), a slice of quiche, and salad. I generally accompany this with a nice dry Riesling and the bread pudding. My wife is more adventurous and often tries the specials. We have always enjoyed our experiences there and look forward to going again.

Service was good. They answered every question, and didn’t seem to snub me off. The food is amazeballs. Try the bread pudding. Or the crepes. They also have amazing salads! They always have something going on. It’s a nice place. :)

I’ve lived in the LO area for almost 3 years now, and I have no idea why it took me so long to try Victoria’s. If I would have taken the time to look at the menu, it’s exactly the type of place that I love! It’s a small place, so you’ll want reservations on a weekend, but the quaint size I think contributes to the consistent quality of the food. Everything was great, from the bread we started with, to my wife’s wedge salad, to the mac and cheese and fish tacos. Also, the prices were great – just over $ 40 for dinner, apps, and drinks!

A quaint bistro that has unique specials & consistently great service. The quality of the food is always fresh and is wonderfully prepared. The crêpes, cedar-planked whitefish, and the bistro style steak are some of my favorite entrées. All dishes are offered at a great price.

If you love pretentious food served by snarky waitresses, this place is for you! On my last visit, I ordered salmon, asked for it to be fully cooked, but it was raw, I mean raw! It was like the cook laid it down on the grill for twenty seconds then served it. When we walked in through the rear entrance we could sense some kind of friction between the owner and the cook. Maybe the cook was extracting his revenge on the owner to me. I don’t know, I just know the experience was not worth the trouble or the expense. Because of the apparent issue with the kitchen staff, I didn’t want to bring the issue about the raw salmon up to the server. My wife insisted that we should complain, so we did, the server was irritated with our dissatisfaction and the owner even more so. The owner provided the salmon dinner at no charge, but I was still hungry, so I took the raw salmon home and finished cooking it there. My advice is to skip this place, because it is my opinion that the owner doesn’t have a clue about how to run a restaurant or how to control her employees. By the way, watch out for apparent friends of the owner who will harass you by sending you insulting messages through Unilocal if you do not have the same opinion as they do about Victoria’s.
