Dropped off truck for front end alignment, they called in 2 hours and said found another issue with steering stabilizer that was causing problem. Only charged me for replacing part, since alignment was not needed. Nice to see there are still honest mechanics out there!

So I go in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. Not 50 miles later, I am going 57 mph and hear a horrible noise. Sounds like a flat tire. Drive it to another service station only to find out that my left back tire was ready to come off! The lug nuts were never tightened. I called, barely got an apology and just found a $ 10 coupon for being a «good customer.» I’ll never go back.

I’m writing to inform you of the terrible customer service received by the STS in Oxford, PA. I reached out to STS to have work done on my A/​C compressor. The job in all was precisely quoted at $ 630. I setup the appointment and when I dropped the car off the Manager increases the price by $ 190. He completely changed his mind once we were in the store. After the increase, STS was no longer competitive with the other quotes I received.
Instead of establishing a new mechanic relationship we will never use STS for future maintenance and repair needs. Lastly, the representative lacked in showing any sort of professional attitude or sympathy for the extreme inconvenience this incompetent quote caused.
