Post Oak Apartments

***PLEASE READ AND BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTIN WITH THIS PLACE.***Without question, the worst place I have ever rented from. The owners are nice and cordial with you until you are signed, then it is a different story. I lived for a total of 12 weeks and for the first 8 weeks, I really had no problem except the fact that I report multiple times that the ice maker wasn’t working (but was never fixed or even looked at). The few times that I did have encounters with them, they were «bragging/​gossiping» about the latest tenant that they had kicked out, talking about each’s personal life and making assumptions about their lifestyles and their character. THESE ARE NOT GOOD, ETHICAL, OR FAIR PEOPLE. Blame me for not reading every line of the contract and dissecting all of it language. I do admit to that. I have also never in my life heard of a place that I am paying for not allow you to have guests. My girlfriend came and spent the weekend with me and due to that they refused to refund my $ 500. Just for having my girlfriend over. They even suggested that my girlfriend who lives out of town rent a unit from them just so that she could stay the weekend. For one reason or another, I am sure much like mine, there were tenants moving in and out of the apartments around me. If you are a person that has friends, family, girlfriend, boyfriend that you want to spend time with, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They are in the business to get people in then find a way to keep the deposit and force you out. PLEASE BEWARE. Also, the places are very dated, poorly up-​kept, and terrible on electricity. Mine was gross on move in with dead bugs, dirt, rocks, hair, spider webs, and other filth in all rooms. It is quiet around there, probably due to the fact that they are forcing all of their tenants out after they find a way to still your deposit.
