Sunday brunch at 1:00pm. Was not overly crowded but service was very slow. May have been our waitress. Received my chicken fingers and waffle, but waited 10 minutes to get syrup. She completely forgot my son’s chicken fingers. Every time I eat here, I tell myself not to come back. This was definitely the last.

This restaurant is okay… nothing really special. We went on a Friday and the weather was drizzling out so it was fairly busy so I was surprised that our wait time was only 15 min. My main complaint was that it took FOREVER for our food to come out! (Like 45 – 50 min) It took almost a ½ out for our appetizer to come out (Tater tot fondue) and about 20 min into waiting for them we were told that they ran out and had to go in the back to get more taster tots. When they came out, they were still frozen in the middle. We sent them back and they re-​fried them for us.
I had the Southwestern Chicken salad wedge which basically looked like a sad attempt of something that had a great start. Presentation was lacking to say the lease.
Overall I will say the staff was super friendly and because of that I would be back.

WOW! All I can say is WOW!!! Not only was the food incredible but the service (by Matt) was the BEST EVER!!! Hubby and I started out with watermelon punch drinks which were suggested by Matt and sooo incredibly delicious! We got the fried pickles and they too were better than any I have ever tasted before … Loved the extra kick they had. Then we shared the prime rib special (12.99 each). Mouth watering delectable prime rib that melted in our mouths! The service went above and beyond with that extra kick of the warmth of southern hospitality mixed with the formality of what you’d expect at a five star restaurant! This was our first time here and since we are moving to the area we will absolutely be returning.

Used to live in Oxford before I joined the army. This place was a «go to» place when no one could think of what they wanted. Recently went back home and this was one of the spots I had to revisit. Great food, welcoming workers and great atmosphere. Still a great place.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star, but I had to select it to write this review. First off, the hostess was rude and disorganized. Secondly, we sat down and no one even bothered to speak to us for 20 minutes, when our waiter (AMY) did come she took our drink orders and they were all wrong. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but after doing so I quickly grew impatient. It took her 20 more minutes to bring us our correct drinks. She brought out my husbands salad and forgot mine the entire meal after reminding her THREE times. The food was terrible and the worst part is, my 5 year old woke up throwing up all morning. Her hamburger was kind of pink but I thought it would be ok… Wrong. I will never go back!!!

worst experience ever. this place doesn’t even have the food they offer on the menu. plus it didn’t help that a server didn’t even come to our table until after we sat there for 20 minutes. it was 10 minutes later that we found out that we couldn’t get what we wanted to eat. heads up, if you don’t have things available, let your incoming customers know. every other O’Charlies we have eaten at has been a very good experience. found out when we went to Logan’s that half the people there used to work at O’Charlies.
