Went for Dinner. The Menu as limited to steak and seafood with salads and appetizers. I had the 10 oz Ribeye ordered medium, baked potato, and salad. The Ribeye was cut a little thin for my taste but I found it to be almost fork cooked to exactly medium, tender, very flavorful, and juicy. The base Ribeye is 10 oz. but you can get a larger cut for $ 1.50 and ounce. The steak was cooked over a charcoal pit. This is an unusual approach to restaurant cooking in my experience, but I found the smell to be mouthwatering, it only increased my appetite, My wife ordered a Salmon filet, they gave her a choice of medium, medium-well, and well done. Normally with seafood, it’s either not done, done, or overcooked. I guess being done is a relative term. She also enjoyed her salmon and found it have excellent flavor and well seasoned. I only wish the menu was a little more diverse. Steak seems like a one trick pony in this town. Would enjoy more variety in the menu. Should be noted that the price for the Ribeye was a good bit less than that other Ribeye place in town. I will be back for lunch interested in one of their burgers.
