Waited absolutely forever, only to be welcomed by a rushed, but friendly doctor. I got the information I needed, but I don’t think I will be returning. I don’t like feeling like herded cattle.

Dr. Laurenzo has performed two sinus surgeries on me and has been pretty great as my sinus specialist… –up until this last visit. It had been over 8 months since my last visit and I came in with fever, cough, and ear congestion/​pain. The visit started with his nurse greeting me with. «Sick again?» in an annoyed tone. I was a bit confused since it had been months since I had been sick but just sort of nodded and halfway laughed. Dr. Laurenzo came in about 30 minutes later and commented on my terrible cough and used his scope to look at the back of my throat. He said my throat was irritated. Which made sense because I had been very sick.
He then, without looking at my ears at all, came to the conclusion my acid reflux was acting up. I questioned that conclusion and mentioned my ears being stopped up and hurting, but he was adamant. I was given nothing for cough or my ears and was sent home to sit up yet another night completely congested and coughing. The next morning, I went to a primary care physician and told her what had happened. She looked in my ears and lo and behold, both ears were extremely infected. I called and left a message with Dr. Laurenzo’s nurse but was never contacted. I’m very disappointed with the level of care I received and the complete lack of trust the doctor had in what I was trying to tell him.

Really really slow. Always happy to drop $ 100 after waiting 90 minutes and getting about two minutes of time. I spent more time answering the condescending nurse than the doctor, who was concerned and helpful although had no advice
