Drew helped me over the course of a week in December 2015 — my phone not only had a cracked, okay honestly, shattered screen — but it ended up having a software issue too. Drew patiently helped me through this process and spent more time than I deserved making sure my phone was like new. So happy with this experience — well worth the money!
