My name is Eric I’m the owner of Old Town pawn shop my store was closed since Freddy gray riot and I’m just rebuilding my store I called a lot of companies for a estimate and after I talked to their technician I guess Greg all I can say is WOW the prices was great but he’s work I’m just saying I was ready to by new carpet but after what he did I’m relived and so happy I don’t need to spanned that much money. I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you Greg and Spark cleaning for your great price and even better Service you got my Bussnes and my friends and family’s

If I can give 0 star I will! I purchased a groupon for Spark cleaning’s steam carpet cleaning. When I tried to schedule an appoitnment, Greg (the owner maybe) was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I gave him my address and he immediatley said that there was no parking at my location. I explained to him, and I should know better because I live there, that there is ample parking in front of our building! He insisted that there’s no parking and he cannot provide service and should get someone else.
What a way to make business!!!

Greg was really great — very prompt and nice, with interesting stories. I live on the 3^rd floor of a building with no elevator, and I was grateful that he was willing to lug his equipment all the way up. I wasn’t too surprised when he saw my Berber carpet and quoted me a much higher price than my living social deal, but our carpets definitely needed a deep cleaning and the results are awesome. As a plus, he was also super sweet towards our cat, which I always appreciate. We’d definitely use him again :)

My husband and I had just bought a townhome in Owings mills and the carpet was a little gross after the owners moved out, so we wanted just a quick steam clean before we moved in. I found this place on Living Social, $ 15 for e rooms steam cleaned. I called him to see if he was available the next day and he was very accommodating with our short time frame. Greg was very nice and of course tried to get us to upgrade to more than the steam clean once he got there. We weren’t really looking to spend a lot of money on it as we figured we would replace the carpet soonish anyway, but since we were new homeowners he gave us a nice discount and did all of the stain removal, deodorizing, and sanitation. Boy were we glad we did it! The carpets looked brand new! Greg definitely saved us a lot of money in having them replaced, and was a really nice guy to chat with. He was timely and efficient, and I’d absolutely recommend him again.
