When I arrived to tour the community I met with this very nice elderly man. We went to view two apartments, one with the upgrades and another without the upgrade(the one that is available.) the upgrades in the first apartment were beautiful, granite counter tops, black updated appliances, beautiful cupboards. The kitchen in the apartment that was available was not as nice but it was ok, the rugs appears to be very soft and clean, HUGEBATHROOMANDWALKINCLOSET ! this apartment also has a washer and dryer. Overall from what I saw I loved the community and the apartment even without the upgrades.

We lived here for two yrs from 2010 – 2012. The grounds are well kept and landscaped. The pool and gym are immaculate. Unfortunately we had issues with the plumbing from the moment we moved in until we moved out. In fact this was the reason we moved out. It was never properly fixed. Also the lack of heat in the wintertime. Eventually they put in a new thermostat the 2nd yr which helped greatly. This is a quiet gated community which makes you feel a little safer. But half the time the gate didn’t work. I really wish that the plumbing had been addressed because we did not want to move. Front desk staff is indifferent. But that’s to be expected at most apt complexes. They do also have short term leases. A common theme I’m noticing in apts in md is a high turnover rate but that’s probably due to the short term leases and corporate accounts they have. All of our neighbors we nice friendly family orientated people.
