If I could give 0 starts I would.
Probably the worst experience with any contractor.
I paid top dollar for them to install a combo lock and knob.
The knob stuck when opened and they failed to leave the lock combination.
They came back and reinstalled the knob, (no offer of a discount for the trouble) and two days later the combo lock broke.
When I called them back Sarah (the person in the office) yelled at me on the phone and complained about personal issues in her life. Meanwhile our construction was delayed because the workers couldn’t get in.
And, so much for 24 hour service. We called Saturday night and didn’t get a call back until on Monday I called three times.
Go with them to Install your lock if you want a nightmare experience and want to take off a lot of work to waste your time getting yelled at by locksmiths.

I needed copies of keys to my dad’s house: one for the front door and one for the sliding door. I asked my hubby to get a leopard print key for the front door so that it would be different from the zebra print key to our house. They delivered on that.
Now the sliding door is another story. The first copy did not work. A week later, my hubby returned to get another copy. They asked for a receipt. He didn’t have it, but the key copy had the company’s name on it so obviously he got it from there. He was willing to pay again as we just needed a working copy. They didn’t charge him and made another copy. Guess what? Doesn’t work! So glad we weren’t charged again, but we’re still without a working key and have two worthless copies. Boo.

I was having an emergency situation and they came right out! And where very reasonable!

My front door lock was broken. I’m pretty handy so I took it apart but found that it really needed more than I could do. I was right. Because of the age of the lock and because I didn’t not want to change all of the pretty brass handles that I had I needed help.
I called the Elite Lock and Key because of location. There were no nearby locksmiths that were rated on Unilocal.The Locksmith they sent, Ron, arrived within a half an hour. It turned out to be a much tougher job than he and I thought it would. Ron actually had to take parts back to the shop and reconstruct pieces so that they would fit properly.
I really appreciated the efforts Ron put into fixing my old lock and I recommend him highly. In addition, the price was reasonable based on the amount of effort that was needed.
