I’ve lived here for a year, I love how this buildings are made of concrete so you can’t hear the neighbors in any way. I haven’t had any problems with the leasing office or any neighbors for that effect.
Personally I have no problem with finding a parking space because of the location of the building I live in, however the rest of the neighbors on other buildings would complain a lot about it.
Only complain I have is my dryer, I’ve called about 5 times in one month to get it fixed, they «fix» it and it works one time then break again. We’ll see what they do about that.
They have a fitness center, a swimming pool, car wash area, clubhouse and playground.
Overall I would rate this a very good place to live in!
