Watch them… they will put there hands on your cone and inside of your ice cream cup before scooping the ice cream. They will put there fingers on your banana and then go back and forth with you. arguing that he didn’t have his bare hand on your peeled banana after you stood there and watched him (the owner). Then after you complain about him not using gloves he’ll tell you that customers need to make a special request for gloves to be warn while handling a banana that’s being peeled, cut, and placed in your Sunday. Then when you put in this so called special request for gloves he blows on them to get them open. Does that sound sanitary?

Very clean location with quick service. I really enjoy how they let you sample the various products to determine what you may want or they may Have a new flavor and will automatically ask of you want to try. I like how they are not stingy with their scoops either and are very friendly inside the store.

My family and I have enjoyed ice cream from this Bask in Robins many times, unfortunately the quality of the ice cream seems to have gone down hill. Today was near 90 degrees and I was really looking forward to a cone of oranges Herbert, but after a couple of licks i realized the taste was off, it only got worse, like they’ve started using a cheaper brand, or can ice cream go bad? Either way didn’t finish my cone. Would have thought it just a fluke, but my daughter complained about her shake also. I know that new owners recently took over, and hope that new ownership does not mean poorer quality.

Nice inviting staff. I went here awhile ago about 10 minutes before they were about to close. Normally I don’t go to businesses right before they close because I don’t want to be that super late unaccomidating annoying customer. But at this Baskin Robbins that wasn’t an issue, though the staff was cleaning and closing up they welcomed us. Luckily, the toppings were still sitting out. I was quickly served and they remained friendly the entire time. I left very pleased and willing to treak down the road again for a couple of scoops.
A few seats are out front for people wanting to chill for a minute.
