After my third bad experience with this location, I’m done. I won’t be back. Tonight, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru before I even reached the speaker. For twenty minutes, there was zero movement. No one was ordering; no one was pulling forward. We were all just trapped. As soon as there was an opening for me to escape and go somewhere else, I took it. At 10 pm, I just do not understand what the problem was. My previous bad experiences were at peak times – which I can understand a little better but with so many other restaurants in town, I see no reason to endure this poor customer service any longer.
