They are struggling today like everyday, why do kids like their fries? I completely dislike this place. The thing that frustrates me the most is that they are super rude and disrespectful and the company doesn’t care

There are multiple reasons not to stop here. Just keep driving right past it and you won’t have to waste any of your time finding them out. The breakfast crew’s food may be edible, but the late night crew is straight out of Idiocracy.

Rude. Asked for a lid and the MANAGER that was eating from a bag of chips by the coffee station handed me one. I asked if if I could get one from someone who hadn’t had their hand in their mouth.

Waited 20 mins for my food and it was cold. No apologizes and they were rude. This is not the first time this has happened. So much for FAST good. I wish they would at least pretend they care and apologize.

8am with my kids in the truck, towing a trailer. Stopped here for breakfast, we had a very small order.
7 cars in front of me, drive thru line was moving slow, parking lot was full. I placed my order for 1 mcGriddle and 2 sausage burritos thinking that should be easy enough. Get in/​get out.
I pulled up to the window and paid. When I finally got to the second window for my food there was 3 cars pulled up beside the building waiting for someone to come outside to hand deliver their order. The poor girl at the window, having a difficult morning, was getting «instructions» from the manager to move the customers along! She asked me to pull up into the handicap parking, that’s when I noticed 3 more cars pulled into all the handicap spots, also waiting for an order. There was no room for a smart car, let alone a 4×4 f250 with a 14′ trailer.
Having a trailer in tow, I politely passed on pulling forward. The manager was irate, telling me to circle the building and get back in line for the drivethru.
Are you kidding me?
I smiled, reached down and turned the engine off and waited patiently for my 3 little breakfast items.
Not going back…
