This place was pretty solid. I came here last night and I was plesently impressed. They have these smaller workout rooms that are specialized it seems. So they have a cardio room, a weight room, an ab room, locker rooms etc. The hours here are a little shorter than the other YMCA but I think it is still 5:30am — 9pm during the week which is perfect for before or after work. Also I was in last night at about 6pm and there was no crowd at all. Their weight room was awesome. I am used to going to the other YMCA but I think the Athenian YMCA is the place for me. Tons of machines and free weights let you tune your work outs to whatever it is you want to do. I highly recommend this place for a solid workout.
