We just moved from Rochester to Owatonna and it has not been good. I’m not sure if the problem is this property management company or the owners of the house we are renting (1584 Prairie Lane NE, Unit A), but it has been one pain in the butt after another since we moved here. First of all, the owners said they would install a washer/​dryer before we moved in and it has been over 3 weeks and still no washer or dryer. The owners have a business in the basement (massage therapy) and they have a washer/​dryer down there. So, we asked them if we could use them, since it has been about a month since we did laundry — and they said no! How rude, right? So yesterday for the first time in about 10 years, my husband and I had to go to a laundromat to do our laundry. We are both professionals in our mid-thirty’s, by the way. And, if that’s not enough, the house was supposed to come with a garbage disposal, and this doesn’t work. And, there is a light switch that doesn’t work properly. We have put in multiple requests to have these issues fixed but the only response we get is that they will get to it when they can. For anyone moving to Owatonna — do NOT rent from these people!
