Standing at Ross in a line behind about 25 people right at this moment… less than one week after Christmas when you would expect people to come in for exchanges, as I am attempting to do right now… and they have TWO cashiers. That’s it. Just two. The line is not moving and the employees are rude. Good job, Ross. Your GM really knows how to run a store. This will be our last visit here. Apparently customer service isn’t part of their agenda.

Love Ross! It’s my favorite off-​price retailer store. I always come here when I’m looking for gifts without wanting to spend a bunch of money. You simply can’t beat the savings.
They carry clothes, shoes, accessories and a variety of items for the home. I like buying kitchen appliances/​dining ware here as well as Christmas or greeting cards. They’re super affordable and in bulk.
