Eyemart glasses in an hr my butt. We’ve been waiting over 3 hrs and they messed up our glasses. Hubby’s prescription on my glasses and mine on his. Y’all’s mistake and said it would be another hr but nope it’s going to be yet another hr so all together 4 to 5 hrs for y’all’s stupid mistake. The least y’all could do is put us at the front of the line or a discount for waiting 4 to 5 stupid hrs for your mistake. My first time getting glasses and I say BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. Affordable my ass. For two glass it cost nearly 500 $. Then on top of getting my glass enter the 5 hrs my glasses were scratched and no way in hell am I wanting another hr for my glasses. This is the worst impression ever and will not ever come back here.

I broke my glasses a while back, but only on the left side (which turns out to be my blind-​er eye). So I didn’t want to spend money in a brand new pair of glasses, I just wanted to fix the one shattered glass.
My first stop was the eye store at the mall. They claimed they couldn’t just fix one side and that it would cost at least $ 150 depending on the type of glass I wanted. I figured for that amount I should just replace them all together but I had driven past Eye Mart and I figured I should ask.
They said it would be no problem to fix it and they even had them ready the very next day. They did such a great job and the best part was that it cost me $ 20!
It was such a great and affordable experience and the customer service is amazing too.
