Best Western Owasso Inn & Suites

The hotel itself is your basic best western. clean, serviceable and economical. ADA room is well set up. I liked that it was easy to find and close to many good places to eat or grab a snack. The accessibility of the location itself to Owasso and on/​off highways was wonderful.
The bathroom plus is a nice big shower head!
The breakfast is good — I am a bagel and coffee person but my hubby had the bisquits and gravy and enjoyed it. Good selection of juices and pastries. (there were cereals too).
The rooms also had enough electrical plugs for all our electronic device chargers. (although the band width on their wifi is a little under powered.)
What makes this place soar over others is the care and attention of the manager, Mahesh. He is detailed orientated and if you mention something, he follows up on it immediately! He accommodated us (we extended twice — total of 10 days) and added a room for our son for 2 nights. In fact almost all of his staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. from the maids to the manager, and most of the front desk went out of their way to accommodate any request we made!
They spoiled us for our year long travel and I hope we did not already find the best place right at the beginning of our trip!

There are no negative stars. Steer clear! Toilets running non stop, tv is almost too dark to see, very smelly and dated. Someone commented about the area said its the Owasso hood area. We are here for two nights and I’d check out tomorrow and go somewhere else but they have a no refund policy.

Terrible. We arrived to front desk staff smoking just outside the door. Classy. Rooms are smelly, dirty. AC was leaking all over the carpet. I’d say pay more and stay elsewhere, but, at $ 80 per night, I suspect you an find a much better room at a similar price point. Because of this experience, we will not stay at another best western… anywhere…ever.
