Best Buy Owasso

This location is pretty standard when it comes to Best Buy. You can find TVs, computers, tablets, cell phones, cameras, GPS, video games, movies, music, home and offices appliances.
What stands out about it is it’s customer service. I am greeted every time I go in and without fail someone offers to help me find what I’m looking for. Kudos for having bilingual employees! One time my parents came by themselves and they were fascinated with one employee who was extremely helpful – all in Spanish of course.
Also, I took my netbook to get it checked out by Geek Squad even though I didn’t buy it from best buy and they were kind enough to give me a diagnosis without charge! It turned out to be exactly what they said and I followed their advice on affordable repair.
