Poor customer service, they were very apathetic when my mom had to drive through an hour of traffic to pick up her clothes that were supposed to be done, and told her to «come back at 7am». So I picked them up for her the next afternoon and let them know and they really didn’t care. So much competition in this industry, not going to settle for that kind of service. Pants were clean though.

Having recently moved to Oviedo, FL from NYC, I was pleased to find a trusted dry cleaner and source of alterations so close to my new home. The owner/manager is very friendly as are his employees. Although I’ve never needed rush cleaning or alterations, the shop always asks if I need services done sooner than regularly-scheduled. NYC service is rarely as bad as its reputation, but, still, have rarely received such good service before my move to Florida. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for 10 years– a loyal customer. About two years ago my comforter was damaged at this dry cleaner, comforter had bled and had been torn! Mind you this was after I had just redone curtains and all in our room-resolution– I was given a credit of $ 50 at the cleaners! I continued to come here as a loyal customer because I felt the owner was a nice person and was always kind. I walked in the store yesterday after noticing a silk blouse I had taken there had burn marks in my opinion from having been pressed. I asked the owner I just wanted to know how this happened–(I never inspect my clothes after I pick up — my mistake. I had not noticed my shirt had been damaged!) if my clothes are dry clean only and I bring them to the cleaners to avoid damaging how are they being damaged! He basically called me a liar to my face!!! He stated«how does he know I didn’t do it!» How I might have taken my blouse to another cleaner! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years!!! I explained to the owner I never inspected my clothes-I had not noticed as this was a silk blouse that I had not worn through the fall until now-he asked me to «stop asking him what happened because he didn’t know if it was them or me»! Needless to say I was completely offended by his lack of courtesy for someone that has come to him for so many years! This could have been handled in a more professional way. So don’t let the nice guy fool you-CHECK YOURCLOTHINGATPICK UP-you too might be called a liar and your articles damaged.
