The Tutoring Center has been getting a lot of complaints recently about child sex related crimes. Child sex crimes are not unheard of at franchise learning centers .The best way to protect your child is to be well informed. Follow these simple steps before enrolling your child in a tutoring or learning program. 1. Do your research on the company. If they have any case of sex crimes against children like child abuse, molestation, rape etc. STOP. Don't enroll your child. 2. Demand copies of police background check report, sex offender registry check report and FBI sex crimes check report from the tutoring center owner for each and every employee at the learning center. 3. Demand a copy of Liability Insurance policy and coverage of the learning center. 4. Demand a copy of their Insurance Coverage for Sexual Misconduct claims policy specifically related to Sexual Abuse and Molestation. 5. Demand a copy of the State Teaching license by the board of education of the teachers at the tutoring or learning center. 6. Teach your child to inform you of any unpleasant experiences at the learning center that they might encounter. 7. Do not hesitate to report any case to the police. Let them investigate the matter professionally. Most companies try to cover-up sex crimes. Be vigilant. 8. Do not let your guard down just because you see that the teacher is a woman. There are dangers lurking every where. There are many cases of women child abusers and molesters too. 9. Demand a copy of photographs of the teacher and every employee of the learning center and confirm. This will come in handy when contacting the police in case your child is molested . Be safe.

In 6 months, the Tutoring Center helped my son come up a full grade level in reading and to achieve advanced status in math. Mr. Singh, Mr. Romeo and Dr. A have set up a supportive, fun learning environment. My son feels comfortable there and enjoys the challenge of the work.

Moving from MA to FL has been challenging for my 12 yr old. After 3 weeks at the Tutoring Center he has shown excitement about going to school! He actually looks forward to Wednesday and Thursday at the center.

I have two children who have gone to The Tutoring Center. I thought we might have to convince them to go, but my younger child actually runs to the front door to attend the classes. The overall academic confidence level for both children has greatly improved. They enjoy their time at the center and I feel that can be directly attributed to the attitude of Dr. Ancona and his staff at the Tutoring Center. The process they use to encourage students to work to their potential is very successful. I would recommend The Tutoring Center to anyone who is looking to improve their child’s scholastic skills.

The tutoring center staff is very friendly and Dr. Ancona takes the time to get to know the kids. The approach they use for tutoring is very different from other centers. I would recommend the tutoring center to others. They use a system in which students are rotating to different stations. As a teacher I can say that having students move around as they are learning helps the brain and as a result helps the learning process. I am one the tutors at the Oviedo Tutoring Center. I am also a teacher with OCPS. In my short tenure as a tutor, I have seen marked improvements with the students who receive our services. The students exhibit such pride in themselves and their confidence grows as they learn. As a teacher, there is nothing that makes me happier than seeing a student succeed and grow as a person and a learner. I can honestly say that the skills the students acquire at The Tutoring Center definitely will translate to the classroom.
Our center director, Dr. Ancona, makes it possible for the students to come and want to learn. Along with myself, the other tutors I am so privileged to work with, are just as excited about learning and education as Dr. Ancona is. He genuinely cares about his staff and the students who come there. The dedication I have seen from the staff and students is incredible! It is an honor and privilege to work with such an amazing group of people. I truly recommend this center for any student who struggles. The one-​on-​one tutoring gives the students exactly what they need to make the necessary learning gains and strengthen their academic skills.

I have had my daughter in Tutoring at several different facilities including Private tutoring and she has never responded so well to any like she has Oviedo Tutoring Center. I would have to say the difference here is the director Dr. Peter Ancona. Dr. Ancona truly cares about the success of these kids, whether a 6 year old or a high school-​er and they respond to him!
I highly recommend Oviedo Tutoring Center.
