Went back to T-Mobile to try in person. Unfortunately i went back to the same store and after 3 tries that failed, they said there was a block on my debit card. So I call my bank and they say there is no block. So one moron turned me over to another moron. The managing moron. I am waiting now, over one hour into this pain. Waiting… Over an hour on a Saturday… Everyone standing around frustrated and bored. Not outside in the sun on a nice day. All because… Wait… managing moron just said the screen went blank. Oh dear God… People are having picnics… Tailgating… But no… At the cell store trying to upgrade. Now managing moron is asking moron how to do stuff on the screen. The dumber leading the the dumb. There was an AT&T store… I could have switched? Why, O why, did I come here? Maybe they were nice! But no… I don’t like pain, really. I enjoy my days off. There is stuff I need to d. There is a food truck rodeo outside with joy Korean Bbq taco box which sounds vaguely obscene that I could go to, but no! T-mobile happily tortured me while looking at my pain while twisting their nipples in S&M joy because this is what gets them off. Just in, ‘it didn’t go through.’ Off to AT&T…

The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. I have been a t-mobile customer for a very long time and can honestly say I have never had any complaints. And when not ordering or doing business online or via phone, going to the store is really good. The staff is knowledgeable of the phones and thankfully, not pushy when you just want to go and look around and see what phones or accessories there might be.
