Pop Craft creates gourmet handcrafted popsicles. They offer a very wide variety of flavors, including non-dairy alternatives. My favorite is the Strawberry Lemon which is made to taste like Strawberry Lemonade. Since one is never enough, I’m also partial to the Tangerine Dream. Pop Craft also offers Mexican paletas or what some call Mexican fruit bars. These are unique since they are sweetened with very ripe fresh fruits instead of sugar and corn syrup. So many options, all so delicious!

It goes to follow that with all of the heat and sunshine in Florida that a good cold one is a must, anytime. Well, I mean the non alcoholic type. Who does not want a cold anything on a stick? Pop Craft Pops does just that. Simple concept. A cart selling frozen quenchers on a stick. These little delights are made from fresh fruits, less sugar, organic, and healthy ingredients. The flavors are bold with actual bite size pieces of fruits. Pineapple Lime Agave(No Sugar Added) — Chunks of frozen pineapple, sourness of limes, balanced with the natural sweetener agave. A great cool down without the sugar rush. Coconut Citrus Ginger — Pieces of coconut with that great nose of ginger. Refreshing. This is the perfect way to end a foodie night out at the Food Truck Bazaar. Eat all the spiciness you want from the various spice monsters. Or try out that outrageous burger that all of your cool friends are retweeting. Then go give the palate a cooling and cleansing at Pop Craft Pops Cart. See that nice lady in the picture above? If her sunny disposition does not put any aggravation to rest that you had standing in the long food truck lines, then you should not go to these outings. Great service, great product, happy belly!

Awesome popsicles! They are always at the FAVO events. It’s the smallest«food truck» there is, but they are one of our favorites. They have all kinds of flavors. Some traditional, comfort classics, and some crazy, very innovative, unique kinds as well. We have tried just about all of them and we can confidently recommend Pop Craft to satisfy all your sweet tooth needs. The people that own or at least run the mini truck/trailer are very nice. They are $ 3 a piece, which seems a little high for a popsicles, but them are gourmet, and it’s worth the splurge!

Great gourmet popsicles! I love that their menu changes throughout the year and that their popsicles are gluten-free and some are vegan. Thanks guys!
