If you are looking for an indoor birthday venue for twenty active children, Urban Air OP is a fantastic choice. We selected Urban Air’s indoor playground for our four year old twin daughter’s party, and it was such a success that several of the guests celebrated their subsequent birthdays here. Because the guests were so young (including a few younger siblings who were not yet two years old) we eschewed the options that included the trampolines (it is always a personal goal of mine to avoid tears and injuries at a kids party) and the children spent the entirety of their exuberant playtime in the three-​story indoor playground area (which is so incredible that most of the parents regretted being above the age limit to play).
The birthday package includes admission for 20 children for two hours and a table that provides plates and napkins and a bottle of water per child. There are also party rooms available, but we and the guests spent only 15 minutes at it to do cake and sing happy birthday before rushing back to the playground to enjoy the last precious quarter of an hour of running, jumping and climbing, so the minimal-​frills of the simple party table was the prudent choice. For me, the fact that I could bring my homemade birthday cake and not be obliged to purchase some lousy store-​bought cupcakes that have some partnership with the venue was a huge plus for Urban Air as a party locale.
The children all had a wonderful time, and I look forward to the idea of bringing them back when they are older and more physically robust to try out the other areas of this center. The two hours of party time was the perfect duration; however, guests have the option to purchase additional time.
My only complaint is the regulation that prohibits outside food and drink because I found myself desperately longing for a good cup of coffee as I sat watching my children at play. But other than that… And truly, the joy of the children more than made up for my woefully under-​caffeinated state. I would definitely recommend Urban Air OP’s indoor playground.

So much fun for all the kids! Today was our second time here and the kids love it! We had 4 kids with us this time, ranging in ages from 5 – 11 and they had so much fun!
It’s a little pricey, $ 13/​hour but well worth it!

Urban Air was my first ever experience at a trampoline park. Brought me back to my childhood jumping on the trampoline in the backyard. I brought my nieces, and it cost $ 25 for an all access pass for both of them plus $ 2 for special trampoline socks. Their all access ticket includes access to an obstacle course and a play area for kids 8 and under. Me and my husband got in for $ 5! each, as «parents» jump for only $ 5 extra. That was GREAT news. I have initially planned on spending atleast $ 100. The playground for the kids is huge and looks so fun! The obstacle course I think is a bit small and simple, but that is just my opinion. They have a plain trampoline room, two dodgeball courts, two long trampoline runways, the playground, obstacle course, and an area to jump into a foam pit which was covered with plastic when I went.
Most importantly, the kids had an awesome time, and every time I see them, they ask me to take them back. They say that it is better than you know who. We had a great time!

Nice place, new and clean. First visit; Terribly under staffed and disorganized at the front counter.
Second visit went smoothly. Much improved.
Third visit; Just had my sons Birthday party there, really went well.

Pros: The kids love it and are never done playing after two hours. Plus it really wears them out!
My girls say it’s the best (indoor) playground ever!
The oldest hardly leaves the organized dodgeball!
Con: I feel the music gets a little loud at times.

We had a 9 yr old birthday at Urban Air complete with party table, three pizzas, Warrior course access and traction sock package. It was super clean and had many different sections with areas for smaller kids as well (where bigger kids weren’t allowed). Our party coordinator was nice and we met two owners who came by to introduce themselves and make sure all was well. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back.

What a great place for the kids. We visited for a birthday party and will definitely be coming back on our own. Great atmosphere and SOOOOO many different things for the kids to do. Great location and helpful staff as well. Thanks Urban Air OP!
