Purchased a Groupon– called to schedule an appointment for the Merriam office. Left a voicemail (only option is to call the OP location to schedule for all locations). They did not return my call (business must be good). I called two days later (today) to schedule an appointment in Merriam as it is close to my home/​work. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with the receptionist explaining my groupon and what type of appointment I was trying to schedule. After much exhaustion, she was ready to schedule my appointment. After she spoke with her manager, he informed her that if I scheduled with their OP office, I could get in this week. If I wanted to go to Merriam, it would be three weeks out. I know in fact that Merriam has openings. I proceeded to ask her to put her supervisor on the line. A man answered the phone and tried to explain the same thing. He did not introduce himself, he spoke over me, and was completely unprofessional. When I finally had the chance to ask for his name, he said, «My name?» and then asked me what mine was. I went on to tell him that the receptionist had already obtained all my information and I was still in need of his. He said his name was Jeff and he was «just an employee». I asked to speak to his Manager, and then he went on to say he was the manager. I explained to him that his attitude and customer service was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. He advised me that he was the owner and I business was not welcome and then hung up.

The massage therapists here are really good. They also have great massage deals. I am definitely returning!

Dr. Chip is the most caring chiropractor i know. She listens to her patients and develops effective treatment plans. Dr. Chip always finds time to see her patients, whenever I need an appt. I can usually get an appt the same day. Last but not least I absolutely love her holistic approach towards her patients.
