We were new in town. I hadn’t picked a new eye doc. My 7yo sat on his glasses and they wouldn’t fit on his face. I showed up with no appointment and asked if they could help. They immediately started working on his glasses and twisted them back into shape and voila! They work again. No charge. Thank you so much!
Update: I have ordered contacts using a prescription from an out of state eye care center. They ordered them and called me when they were in, no problems.
My son has been in for a full eye exam and everything was great. They were really good with my son and made him comfortable and got him all set with a new prescription for glasses and sports goggles.
All good things to say about this place. Good with kids too.

I had a good experience having a stye treated here. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My son broke his glasses and they were able to help fix them for free as well. Our whole family comes here for our eyecare needs.

Very bad service and experience. I’m moving my kids out of this service provider and would recommend others to do it.
My wife forgot to carry HSA check and they didn’t let her leave the clinic even they have our SSN, Address and every other personal information to send invoices. I never have such bad experience with any health care provider before.

The staff is not friendly except dr speak and her patient assistant. Their contact fitting us 129 $ and not covered by most insurance. This is twice the average charge. I’ve been a patient for 6 years but will no longer pay this high price.

Although I really liked Dr. Speak, I did not receive professional help in ordering my glasses. I returned on a Saturday and tried to order frames only to be told they couldn’t find my tray. Once a man sitting down asked my name and brought out someone else’s tray not even close to my name! I told him my name again but he proceeded back to his chair and we were totally ignored for 45 minutes after an hour drive just to get there!
We finally walked out and no one said a word to us! Horrible customer service!
It doesn’t even deserve one star!

Speak Eyecare is one of the best offices in town. They have the latest technology and a friendly staff. The selection of frames is huge with high end designer frames and cheaper options if that’s what you need. I recommend them highly!
