I called today as an emergency since my lovely dog tore my glasses apart today, and I have to say I was treated wonderfully and felt accommodated in every way possible!
Very happy I decided to go here, Dr. Gerald McLaughlin was just wonderful and so was the clerical staff, I recently moved here from Michigan and could not find an eye doctor until now

Can I just tell you how much I love my eye doc, Dr. Honeyman, she is amazing! Every time I have been to P.E. I have had a great experience. From the friendly receptionist to techs who don’t laugh at me as I panic over my glaucoma test, this place is the best that I have found. If you are looking for a new office to visit, I would highly recommend giving Dr. Honeyman and those at Professional Eyecare a try!

Professional eyecare, Dr Barash– i’m actually writing this almost a year later but it was a great experience. Having had bad experiences with mall vision care places COUGH Sherman Oaks Galleria! i was hesitant but under my vision plan it was a covered provider, happily they have excellent hours for working people like me and i sceduled an appointment on Saturday no problem they are open before Oak Park Mall is– when i arrived its by Macys first floor, the staff was professional i got in and out and had my Saturday to myself– the Doctor was very chatty in a good way and very efficient, we talked about my contact wearing habits at that visit she gave me a trial pair of contact lenses and then a followup appointment to check out how they were fitting after a week before they ordered the 12 pair of torics, i never EVER had that courtesy and i’ve been wearing contacts since 1985. it was always here try these and shell out $ 250 hopefully they will work! after that visit my contacts were ready within a few days. i’m still wearing happily with no vision or contact issues almost a year later– although at some point i will need to go back in when i run out of contacts. i’ll worry about that when i do– but i wont worry about where to go back to get vision care and contacts. they dont do glasses– just contacts and they gave me a prescription for my glasses see Invison eyewear for that review
