Called Priced Right and they came as soon as possible that same day. They even came 30 minutes earlier than expected and waited for me to get home patiently. The technician, Jim, explained the problem in easy to understand terms and was friendly and professional. I felt the pricing was fair. I plan to use this company again in the future.

I was very impressed with the service provided by this company. The response time was immediate and very much appreciated as it was a hot day when my A/​C broke down and the repair was completed the same day. Priced fairly — they didn’t try to take advantage because of the heat.

After a long day at work the last thing you want to do is come home only to find out your air conditioner shooting blanks. With an outside temp of almost 100, we knew that this could not wait till business hours tomorrow. After checking out online reviews and giving Price Right a call for an estimate we knew we were on the right track. They stated that one of their guys would arrive in about an hour… 15 minutes later Jim was standing on our front step. Very honest and down to earth guy that answered all of our questions. Unfortunately we needed to purchase a new part, but it was quickly replaced and we were back in business. Awesome experience! Tip: ask for a discount if you pay with cash!

Our furnace stopped running overnight. Jim showed up the next morning on a Saturday. He quickly identified the problem and got it up an running in no time without trying to sell any new unneeded parts. He even showed me how to address the problem if it happens in the future.

We moved to Overland Park at the first of the year and knew we needed a new heating/​cooling system. I can’t afford the big-​name companies so I was looking for a reputable smaller company. Unilocal steered me to Priced Right Heating and Cooling, and the reviews are right on the mark! I got a new Lennox system (16 SEER AC, 95% efficiency furnace) at a price that was substantially lower than another bid I got, for an Amana system. Jim was very helpful and informative when giving me a bid, explaining several options, and he even helped arrange financing. He and his crew were very professional and nice, and they got the job done in one day.

Our furnace quit working at about 10PM on a Friday night. I made an online request for service through our home warranty companies website at about 11PM that same night. First thing Saturday morning I received a call from Jim at Priced Right Heating and Cooling — they had received my request and would be out within an hour or two.
Jim called again a little later to say he was on his way… Once he was here the problem was quickly identified and resolved. Very courteous and friendly — the timeline mentioned on the phone was kept and verified with the follow-​up call.
Priced Right did the job better than expected! I recommend Priced Right to everyone, deal in confidence!

I was referred to Priced Right by my home warranty company after their first selection never called me back, or never answered their phone. Jim took my call late on Dec. 23^rd and came out first thing Christmas Eve and was able to get my furnace up and running, and explain what I needed to do in order to avoid a repeat of my furnace not running. I made the right decision! When our AC stopped working mid July, I started to look for the right company. I contacted several companies. One gave us a quote of almost $ 5000 for a unit. Another company told us $ 3000 for the same unit. PR’s price was in the $ 2000-​$ 2400 range for the exact same unit. Cost was not the only thing that we loved about PR. Jim was a professional. He was informative, friendly and honest. Jim and his friend did a great job and were very clean. In the future, I will have them take care anything HVAC related. I highly recommend PR if you are looking for an affordable yet quality and fast service.
