We ordered a stuffed crust one topping pizza and a chocolate chip cookie dessert. They delivered a pizza without the stuffed crust. We called for a replacement pizza and were told the new pizza would be there in about 55 minutes. Nobody ever showed up. When we called to check on the order status the store had closed for the night and their National Customer Service was answering the phone. We were told that our pizza replacement was marked as delivered in their database. If it was delivered then it went to the wrong address. We were offered a credit for our purchase. I went to the store the next morning and told them what happened. There were 2 managers on duty. The 1st one I spoke to didn’t know what to say, so she handed me off to another manager. She burned up my time trying to justify why we were left hanging. I explained that we don’t want the credit we were offered, but would rather have a refund. As she looked at our order history she tells me that we were only credited for the mistake pizza. NEWSFLASH: The cookie is a dessert add on. You eat dessert AFTER dinner… which we never got, so i offered to go back home and get their dried up uneaten cookie and give it back to them. At that point she realized she was in a conversation she wasn’t going to win and gave me a full refund.

The place smells like sewage, and the OLD woman with glasses has no concept of manners, nor customer service. She literally told me to wait while she answered the phone, then after hanging up, told me I needed to wait even longer while she went to make that order. Mind you, I still haven’t even placed my order. Keep it classy Pizza Hut. You do great PR for Papa Johns!
