My family and I had the privilege of working with Laura Flores during the purchase of our first home. Knowing nothing about what steps to take to achieve this, Laura sat down with us and patiently explained every detail and answered all of our questions. Pretty much the most miserable «rental property» experience ever. We were looking for a rental for a family member and found a place on their website. We filled out the application and gave them a call. They were neither helpful nor friendly, said they needed more information and had us fill out the application again. (we had to pay twice too — $ 80×2). We heard nothing. Called and got asked for a mountain of paperwork. We provided all paperwork. Waited. Nothing. Called. No reply. Finally we gave up after numerous calls over the course of 2 weeks. In the end we were out $ 160 and never got a response. I would assume we did not qualify, which I can live with, but no answer was pretty unprofessional. And the dealings with them were never very nice or friendly.
I later met someone who rented from them. Their lease is so renter UN-​friendly it’s hilarious. And she also reported dealing with people who were pretty unprofesional.
I would not recommend anyone deal with them.
