This particular location currently has a manager on staff who was very rude. I refuse to shop there now because of her comments and actions. There was a group of us checking out the merchandise late in the evening on a Monday night. We happened to gather near the entrance while we were planning our next stop on our shopping list. When she saw this she quickly came up to us and told us in a mean tone that we shouldn’t be standing there because it could detract from others who are entering. In observing the traffic flow at 7pm, no one had entered after we had and very few probably would’ve. I couldn’t believe that she was so concerned about potential customers when we were actual customers right in front of her! In the group of us, some were experiencing their first time in an Old Navy. Either way, it will be all of our’s last time there if any Old Navy.

It’s an Old Navy store. Pretty much like all the rest of the Old Navy stores. They have cheap throw away clothing for men, women and kids. You can’t expect anything you buy at Old Navy to last more than a few months. Yet once in a rare while, I stop in at Old Navy and buy an item of cheap crappy clothing, usually for some sort of special occasion. This trip, I had to buy something pink to wear to work and I didn’t want to spend much money on it since I’m not a huge fan of pink. This particular item might last for years since I will likely wear it only on rare occasions. Check out at Old Navy stores, this one included, is always slower than you’d expect. Even if there’s only one person in line in front of you, it seems like an eternity. At this trip, there was one person in front of me who had several items and there was only one cash register open. It literally took ten minutes to get her checked out. So «meh» just about sums it up. Not just for this Old Navy, but for all of them. I’m sure there are worse places to buy clothing, but if you want disposable clothes, Old Navy is your store.

Like Amanda W says«Eh. it’s Old Navy». It’s a clean store, well stocked, and the customer service was pretty good. I had a return and then a purchase so I opted to stand in line twice just to see how quick they were. I did my return first right when I entered the store. They noticed that it was return so someone opened a register just for my return. NICE! No questions, just a simple return. Then, I shopped around a bit. Someone even asked if I needed help to find anything. That was an added bonus. I said«no» but also not something that happens very often at Old Navy. especially during clearance time. :) I found a shirt and made my purchase. I stood in line a bit longer with only two registers open but they made quick work of it. maybe 5 minutes or less. Again, friendly customer service and I was out of there in no time. Since I received good customer service, the store and restrooms were very clean and I made a return with no hassle… this Old Navy gets a 4 out of 5. Honestly, a 5 out of 5 would require them to carry plus sizes. I used to be one and would have loved to have those sizes in store instead of online only.

Eh. its an Old Navy. They don’t sell petite jeans in store, which considering I am way short, isn’t helpful for me. Great sales on flip flops and seasonal items near end of season. Return policy is shopper-friendly. Just don’t think to shop here often due to the limited pant lengths.

This is your average Old Navy store — men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, plus jewelry, accessories, and their famous cheap-o flip-flops. I stopped in here on a weekday afternoon — the store was clean and tidy, and there were only a couple customers shopping in the store. I got sidetracked eyeing the clearance jewelry — all just costume jewelry, but when each item is a couple bucks I can never resist picking up a pair of earrings. I wandered the whole women’s side and was disappointed I didn’t run into any employees to ask questions. When I got to the register, there was no line, but the checker was helpful — I’d completely missed the cardigans, what I came in for. The girl was friendly and sweet and pointed me to where I needed to go. Updated: I had to return a sweater, and it was totally easy. And everyone was nice and helpful again, and the store was clean like before. Four stars!

I won’t go here simply because the front mannequins were dressed in a KU shirt and a Texas shirt. Hello, this is Kansas, where is the KSU shirt? Why would anyone here want a Texas shirt? I asked the sales person who was standing right by the mannequins and she was super snotty. I just turned around and walked right out.
