Murphy Janitorial

I highly recommend Murphy Janitorial. I have seen Kyle’s work not only in regards to some carpet cleaning he did for the company I work for, but he has also cleaned my carpets at home and he did a wonderful job with both. He is professional, very reasonably-​priced and dependable. Not only was I impressed with how well he cleaned my carpets, but he also left me a few bottles of cleaning solution to have on hand for the future… talk about going above and beyond! Give him a call — you will not be disappointed!

They snagged some strands on my berber carpet … a small area but the location made it pretty noticeable. They had already left by the time I went to pick up this piece of fuzz and realized it was part of the carpet. I phoned them about it, they tried to play it off like it was already like that. It was a civil conversation, but the fact remains that my carpet was damaged and they took no responsibility.
Pet odor was improved for a couple of hours, but the smell came back… the area that was stained from a water leak was not completely cleaned. I was able to get the rest of the stain up with soap and water pretty easily– the cloth I used to clean was visibly soiled. They could have spent more time on that section.
They filled their tanks out of the bath tub and had little regard for my hardwood floors as they dragged the nozzle along the floor while they carried the tank though the house. As a side note… they propped a piece of folding workout equipment against the wall and it fell… scraped areas of paint off the wall and cracked the equipment. That was more bad luck than anything, I suppose.
Left a mess on the tile floor from wheeling the equipment in from outside… didn’t clean the dirt or water up from that.
I’m just saying you would be better off renting a machine and doing it yourself… I chose not to do this because I was hoping they could work on a particular stain (stain was not improved, but they told me not to expect much beforehand) and the pet odor. Also, I’m not keen on lugging the heavy machine back and forth to the store. I have done it myself in the past and I can tell you that I actually got the carpet cleaner. Mainly because I was able to go over it as many times as I felt necessary.
I paid for convenience, but learned a hard lesson.
**I originally gave them a three star rating, but soon discovered another room had been snagged as well. I regret hiring them.

A++++ They came right away and sucked years of dog dirt out of our rugs. Yeah! No more poochie smell. Plus, they’re really friendly and inexpensive, too. Highly recommend.

I used Murphy Janitorial for a carpet cleaning @ my apartment. the price was reasonable and the service was excellent.
I will say that one of the benefits to having my carpet done with them was the fact that my allergies were much much better after the cleaning. They do have MicroBan available (It’s this chemical that absolutely kills anything and everything microbial) so for us allergy sufferers or even pet owners, they are awesome.
They also got out some wicked stains that I thought were unremovable lol.
Only con I would say is that the machinery they use for cleaning takes them awhile to setup and clean as opposed to the truck based machines. So you might need to set aside a few hours when they come by to your joint,.
