This spa is amazing! I knew it was a special place from the moment I walked in the door. They were genuinely interested in my history and what they could do to improve my life. The owner is a truly amazing person. She took the time to show me around and made sure I was comfortable. I have back problems and have had a major surgery. My massage therapist, Maggie, took the time to listen to my history and then payed close attention to where my body needed her help the most. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I immediately scheduled another massage for myself as well as my husband. It was an amazing experience and a great price.

Only went to the «makers» bar, but my Mom and I had a great experience. The owner was very helpful and patient. We made sugar scrubs and body soaps. Reasonably priced, and we were able to tour the rest of the spa afterwards, which looked amazing. Would definitely recommend for a fun birthday or bachelorette party.

This is strictly based upon my experience at the maker counter. I stopped by with a couple friends on a Thursday night, not sure what I really wanted. The woman working with us was so kind and patient, explaining the benefits of everything we tried.
I decided that I wanted an after shower moisturizer. She steered me toward a rice bran oil. My friends wanted hand cream so she pulled out the recently mixed Shea butter. Next was the hard part — figuring out which oils we wanted. We probably spent 20 minutes trying different combinations before making up our mind and not once did she seem annoyed.
The craziest part came when she was checking us out. None of our purchases were more than $ 10! We weren’t expecting that. Plus a bonus that we were going home with a product we would enjoy!
I will be returning soon to try the spa and keep this in mind when I need a unique gift for someone or a special treat for me!

this is far and away my favorite spa in town. the people are great. they’re kind and truly care about their customers. they also have a really cool storefront and a makers counter to make a bunch of cool custom beauty/​health products. just a really amazing place.

Since I moved to the KC area in November, I have been on the hunt for all new services (eye doc, OB, dentist, etc). A co-​worker of mine told me about Milagro, in particular, the Maker Counter. Such a GREAT concept! Why wouldn’t anyone want to have a hand in creating your own beauty product?!
Myself and a group of girlfriends went to the Maker Counter recently and had a fantastic time. We each created a product with the help of their knowledgeable staff. And they had wine for us as well!
In addition to various all natural products, Milagro has a full service spa which I will definitely be checking out in the near future.
Kudos to Ashley for bringing a cute and fun concept to the KC area!

A wonderful spa experience. Superbly talented aesthetician and massage therapist today. Top tier services at a reasonable price in a friendly, down to earth, relaxing atmosphere. Will be back!
