Dr. Andrew Hall is wonderful!
Recently my husband decided he’d had enough of his ingrown toenails. I called and the receptionist said they had a way to permanently get rid of the problem. I made the appointment and went with him for moral support (he was really afraid that whatever solution they had would end up being painful!) We downloaded and filled out the new patient forms which saved a lot of time. At both visits our wait time was between 5 to 10 minutes, which for a medical facility seems to be no big deal.
I can say with conviction that Dr. Hall was very concerned that my husband not feel any pain during the process. He went above and beyond to make sure of it! He was patient and explained things simply. The whole staff made us feel welcome and at ease.
The follow up visit was just as easy and painless. Everything has healed nicely.

I’ve had two appointments here so far. I have had to wait both times, so I think that is probably their norm. The first time they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, but my pharmacy was able to correct the problem for me. At this point, they are just a three for me. I wouldn’t tell people to avoid this office, but I’m not ready to recommend them either.
