The old lady and I went to look at engagement rings, just to get an idea on what she liked. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The two older women were so pushy, and made my girlfriend and I very uncomfortable. They would not take no for an answer. I could see them trying rip off uninformed people off aswell, most of their stones they tried to push onto us had huge blemishes and marks in them. You have been warned.

My adult son and I stopped by this store since they had a particular bracelet that I was looking for. After looking at the bracelets, my son wanted to look at the watches as he has purchased a few high-​end watches and is always looking for another one to add to his collection. During this point of the visit I would give this store ZERO stars since the two women that were «helping» us were talking to each other and one stated that he was just looking because he could never afford one of the Tag Heuer watches he was trying on and he should look at the Citizen watches. I quickly stated to them that I could not afford that watch but don’t assume that he cannot. Instead of an apology, I got silence. If they would have been good sales people they would have seen that he was wearing an expensive watch when he walked in. He works hard and saves his money for good, quality items and one should never assume someone cannot afford something because of their age, gender or race — especially if you’re working at a retail store working on commission.
Now for the two stars: 1. They are the only store in KC that had the particular Alex and Ani bracelet I wanted, 2. The younger man that worked there that was incredibly kind and was happy to help me find the exact bracelet I was looking for. After the incident mentioned above, I would never purchase anything from this store but no other store had what I wanted. If it wasn’t for the man that worked there I doubt I would have purchased it at all — they could learn a lesson from him!

I went in and told them I was looking for away to fix a ring that my boyfriend had gotten me for our first Valentine’s day together (it was cracked at the bottom) Manager sold us a guard set (to go on both sides of the ring)
*A year later: I’ve taken it in 5 times to be fixed due to it braking that many times, with many other Jewelers telling me they did a bad job of soddering (sp). With this last time they had it for over a week, called to go pick it up on pick up day, and told me they chipped my stone on the main ring, I wanted protected.
*Will never walk into that store again!!!

Hannoush Jewelers=Expensive. Of course, that is how most jewelry stores are and hey, that’s part of the experience. This place has been around in the mall for quite sometime which must mean that they are doing pretty good. I like the selection of jewelry and watches that they carry. They have good deals and they treat you like a human being. They don’t judge you as you come in or ask you if you can speak English, but they are quick to care for your needs and always ask if they can clean your rings. I think that’s service and appreciate it a lot. I have bought some jewelry here in the past and it has been durable, high quality jewelry that has been worn over and over no problem.
