The facility is safe, secure, and easy to access. Stevie was more than helpful when we rented our storage unit! I would recommend this business.

The facility is nice, but the staff can leave something to be desired. About half the time when I stop by to make a payment no one is present during business hours. No one shows up when you press the call box and if you call into the 800 number they can’t take the payment. Frustrating.

We used this place for a few months when we were moving from a bigger office to a smaller office (as part of the downturn). Had great service, was a clean, safe facility, and easy access. Loved it.

Hello, I have been with this storage facility for 9 months. The actual facility is OK (lighting is weak). The problem I have with them is that I started out paying $ 52/​month for a 5×10 which was good. But on the 3rd month they sent me a bill for $ 60/​month. What the F**k! That’s a 15% increase in the first 3 months. They get you in with a lower rate and then jack the rates up fast. They know that it is a pain in the ass to move your stuff out and relocate. I feel taken advantage of. When the weather clears up I’m moving out.
