We’ve been here a hand full of times throughout the years (5+). I have two daughters in dance. It started with my older daughter and then her younger sister.
We’ve had pleasant experiences.
There is a pretty large selection of everything from shoes to tutus.
They have a separate area for trying items but really to test out tap shoes or whatever your flavor of shoe may be. It seems tap appropriate only because it’s a wood type (likely laminate) composition. What’s really nice it they ask you to put on a certain type of sock, probably to help alleviate spreading too much into the new shoe if you don’t happen to buy them.
The service is nice. The person helping will even help put the shoes on and take them off. What I especially like is that she took a few things into consideration. Our daughter was leaning towards one pair but the sales person asked what dance school we were at. She then told us the school does recommend a different style for recitals. This was useful so we weren’t back in a few months for recital taps. First, she gave our daughter a size to grow into. Then at checkout she gave us some heal pieces to help keep the tap shoes from flying off, at no cost. On top of that, she gave us our dance school discount without us asking.
So, all in all, we have been happy.

Heaven for dancers! They have every kind of shoe and a huge selection of dance outfits!
