Very clean and the NP was nice. I was able to be seen quickly since there was not wait.

The ‘funny’ title assigned by Unilocal aside, I would caution against the Minute Clinic at 75th& Metcalf on weekday evenings. If things are slow, they close down the clinic early and will not see you. Their posted closing time is 7:30 pm(with the disclaimer that you must be signed in by 7:15 pm to allow time to be seen.) However, twice we have arrived by 7:10 pm, there were no patients waiting, and my daughter was still not able to be seen. I was signing her in at the kiosk(in full view of the woman that was ‘supposed’ to be on duty but was clearly ready to go home and sitting at the desk in the little office) only to have her step out and tell me that she had already closed up. She explained that the exam had to have started by 7:10 pm or she would not be able to be sure she could finish in time to close at 7:30 pm. She was rude and clearly not interested in the child in front of her that only needed a bad bug bite assessed.(which we told her) Do yourself a favor. Go across the street to Walgreens. Their clinic had closed at 7:00 but the nurse still stepped out and helped my little girl.

CVS Minute Clinic in Overland Park on 75th and Metcalf AVOID! Extremely unhelpful — went in at about 1:15PM on a Thursday for care, both employees said they were off duty and leaving — someone would be with us in an hour. And this was 15 min after we had called to make sure they were available. If you like being treated like you’re at the DMV, than go to Minute Clinic — otherwise go across the street to Walgreens — way better service…
