Coventry Oaks

My fiancé and I have signed 3 leases here. We absolutely love it. The manager and maintenance man are awesome! The manager is funny, sweet, and a little bit of attitude that makes her fun to work with! Thomas fixes everything very professionally, but he is a casual, honest guy that I will miss.
The apartments are nice! Very clean. If I ever have an issue maintenance is on it right away. Their always doing things to keep this place top notch. Even the halls and dryer vents are cleaned regularly. Notes are always left if air vents are being changed or bugs are being sprayed for. There aren’t any surprised visitors (that I can remember). Plus, friendly neighbors!
Yea, the pool here was down for a while. It was unfortunate. They had some problems. But I know they felt bad. The good news is they have sister complex at 103^rd and 69 highway. It has a large two tier pool with a hot tub! Plus a nice size gym and tennis courts. It’s an easy, easy drive or I wouldn’t recommend it as an alternative.
The location of this apartment is the best. Next to 69, I-​35, Oak Park Mall, JCCC. It is really, really safe. I have never felt otherwise. Don’t make right hand turn at the light coming off I-​35!
Hrm, hrm, hrm… What else… I love this place. We would recommend it to everyone. Two and a half years living here and not a complaint.
