Granted I did not buy anything the day I went to this store, but compared to my previous At&t experiences, this place was great. We were helped very quickly. The sales person was knowledgeable and explained all the plan details to me. She made valuable suggestions and tried to save us a buck by recommending some other options. She also was not pushy at all. It was great. A very positive experience and I will go there again when I have to buy my next stupid expensive phone!

I like coming here when something new and awesome has NOT just come out(iPhone 6). Because it is a small, out of the way store, the crowd is usually light, and I get service right away. Employees are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would normally give this a five, but I give it a three because of this. Last week, I went in to buy a 5C for my kiddo, and the iPhone 6 crowd was huge. I was put on the wait list at number 12 in line; that’s OK. I do not think I am special. I will wait my turn! However, the lady working the sign-in station at the door let a grumpy dude cut to the TOPOFTHELIST because he was angry he would have to wait so long. I was right there; I heard the conversation. He was a manipulative jerk who berated her and the store, and she let him cut. Really, door lady? You needed his business with 30 other orderly customers waiting around? I think not. D-bags need to be told to hit the road. After a 1.5 hour wait sitting in the floor, my name was called, I had my 5C, and I was out of there in 20 minutes. And I waited until it was my turn. I will go back because there aren’t really any other stores nearby, but I was really disappointed that they allowed this to happen.

I have to say, this AT&T store completely(pleasantly) surprised me. I had been putting off upgrading my phone for a long time, because every time I’ve visited a store in the past, it was not a great experience. However, it finally got to the point where I could no longer avoid the AT&T store, and after yesterday, I’m kicking myself for waiting as long as I did! The minute I walked in the door, I was being helped by Josh. I let him know that I wanted to upgrade my phone, and which phone I wanted, and he jumped on things immediately. He also looked at my current plan and monthly average usage, and found me a newer, better plan that will save me some cash. He wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t try to sell us things that we didn’t need. My husband expressed some interest in switching TV and Internet provider, and Josh quickly got us a quote and printed out a listing of the channels that they offer, but didn’t try to pressure us into making a decision then and there. Less than 20 minutes after I walked in, I was walking back out with a new phone and a feeling of satisfaction that everything had taken place so quickly, easily, and pleasantly. I will definitely come back to this location when I’m ready to upgrade again.
