Breadeaux Pizza

Terrible, awful, no good, very bad service.
I love their cheesesticks in a way that explains my fat bottom, but I’m done as a customer. The service is at best disinterested, and usually surly or outright rude. Their lack of training is shocking as they never seem to know what specials they’re running, to the point of arguing with a customer about honoring those specials. The order is ALWAYS wrong in some way, you’d think the staff gets a bonus for sticking it to the customer. Calling and asking for the stuff you’ve paid for that they failed to deliver is met with a click and a dial tone. They are terrible at their jobs.
Don’t give Breadeaux anymore of your money. They’ll just abuse you if you do.

I had a carry out pizza, chicken wings, and, cheese bread tonight sunday about 7:00pm. I was told on the phone it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes after the order was placed only to wait another 25 minutes for my food there. While I was waiting I looked around the kitchen. What a MESS there was food all over counters and floors, it was gross. The worst part was I watch the girl working the cash register, taking money, handling the change, then turn around take two steps to her left put her hand in the pizza ingredients and start making pizzas. Not once, not twice, over and over again. NEVER washing her hands or wearing gloves. (There has to be some kind of law against that) on a serious note if someone got sick and is reading this contact me, I took pictures of the mess incase someone needed evidence. I would be shocked if no one got sick after what I watched tonight. Why did I not say añu thing to the girl? I guess because she looked like someone who would not care either way and didn’t want to waste my breath. This was my first time ever in this franchise and I will not be back at the pella location again. My review of this establishment has nothing to do with the food on my way home I stopped at Mc Donalds and threw out the pizza when I got home. The more I saw I just couldn’t feed it to my family

Love this place! Excellent staff, and the food is AMAZING! The selection of food that this cozy place has is incredible! I’m definitely considered a regular!

Excellent good. Offering a Wide range of foods. Pasta/​salada/​chicken/​homemade tenderloins.
