Polancic’s is Must Stop. Classic feel, very nice and informative staff. Polancic’s is the only Place In town to buy meat from. I hardly eat meat but when I do it is from Polancic’s. You Cant Beat Polancic’s Meat!

Stopped again while passing thru town to pickup some ribeye, strip, flank and skirt steaks. I didn’t get the pig connection on the sign until I stopped at a local grocery store and saw frozen large breaded pork tenderloins with Polancic’s name on them. Impressively, they own a patent on the breading process. I fried them up the next day as they had thawed out — perhaps it was the fact that they were not frozen, or that I didn’t use vegetable oil, but they came out tasting more like breading than I had hoped. Will definitely stop again!
