Very good. My personal favorites are the layla panini and carrot/​ginger smoothie. You can call ahead for pick up or wait a few minutes for food to be made. They offer a variety of sandwiches and salads and a soup of the day.

Great service… Extremely friendly! Kids can be tricky sometimes at mealtime and they were beyond accommodating. We had the Chicken Curry Salad sandwich and the Ruby — both were fantastic! Kids loved theirs too and they were custom sandwiches :)

I’m new to the Oswego area (I work at the college) and I’ve been trying different lunch spots each week. Last week I tried the Layla panini and was very pleased with the quality, price, and taste! The Layla comes with ham, sharp white cheddar cheese, mayo, tomato, and raspberry preserves. The preserves add a unique sweetness that counteracts with the cheese. This sandwich was amazing and I can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu.

I am always looking for good smoothies with fresh, real ingredients. I had a peanut butter smoothie that was delicious! I’ll definitely be making many more visits to The Cutting Board.

Figured I should check this place out; I ordered the PIPER: a panini of turkey, granny smith apples, swiss, bacon, basil, mayo, lettuce & tomato on a toasted ciabatta for $ 6.95. It was quite good and fairly decent sized; I only ate half and had half for the next day.
Music piping in on the radio was a bit eclectic; 80s-​90s and then more recent. The couple next to me remarked it was a weird music selection (critique of the station, not the place).
Cute little place; will have to come back and try some of their salads.

Very good food and smoothies just opened and fairly impressed for lunch. I guess my only complaint would be under staffed so if you show up at a busy time don’t expect to get in and out. Other than that the owner is extremely friendly and always trying her best to make the customer happy
