Mattress Firm Oswego

I like how this store is set-​up, and it’s the same at all Mattress Firm locations. Everything is color coded! This makes it easy to stick to the «zone» you’re shopping in, whether it’s mama bear, papa bear, or goldilocks.
We did not purchase a mattress here, but we did visit the Oswego store twice to try out mattresses and price compare. We ended up finding a mattress we liked a lot more elsewhere for the same price as the model we liked at Mattress Firm.
Another perk here is the financing. Financing options depend on how much you’re spending, but you could potentially finance your purchase for up to FIVE years with no interest.
They don’t charge for delivery or haul away, which is also an attractive option.
The employees are friendly, but the guy who helped us was a little odd. When shopping for something and spending potentially thousands, I want a minute or two to think, discuss, and speak freely. There were a few times I’d say something to my husband, and this guy would chime in, making it awkward. After our second visit, we wanted to narrow down our two mattress picks which meant visiting a competitor. The other employee, while he was polite and friendly, decided to start trashing the competition.
Okay so the mattress industry is apparently super fierce, but if they truly are better than their competition, they shouldn’t have to trash them.
Mattress Firm offers plenty of mattresses for all budgets and needs, and there are outlet stores set up throughout the suburbs. They’re worth a visit especially if you have to finance your purchase. Overall their sales practices could use a little polishing.

After a long weekend of moving my husband and I decided we could not sleep on an air mattress one more night. We needed to buy a mattress. We had every intention of going to to a big furniture store until we drove past Back-​to-​Bed. We pulled in around 8:15pm and they close at 8:30 but Steve, the store manager was super accomadating and let us browse. He also took the time to help us find the best mattress at a very good cost. I have to say that this was the BEST mattress shopping experience ever and we love our new mattress! Steve will help you find something that suits your needs and your wallet. Thank you Steve for staying late and helping us with our purchase! We will definitly be back to buy the memory foam pillows!
